Never had an original appointment booked to see the dentist , receptionist keeps changing my appointment and she keeps speaking over you, what a joke , receptionist does not know how to book NHS appointments, hygienists keep leaving.. The service is a total joke and very disappointing

We understand your concerns with cancelled routine appointments, and we sincerely apologise that you have experienced these delays. Our dentists are working incredibly hard to see as many patients as they can, as well as completing open treatment plans and seeing emergency cases. We to prioritise patients that are in pain, this means routine care and examinations are delayed. Recently had a dental emergency and our regular dentist could not see us for 3 weeks. Called NHS, who made us an appointment for the same day. Were called exactly on time, and diagnosed immediately. All staff very helpful and friendly, great result. Thoroughly recommended.

I was very well looked after and made to feel at ease while having a tooth pulled recently The dentist and dental assistant were very patient and caring and spoke to me through the whole procedure would highly recommend lumi and deb to anyone

Very good experience on my visit,reception staff pleasant and helpful, dentist and assistant very friendly and made me feel at ease,treatment required was carried out to my complete satisfaction,one very small point was trying to contact by phone was not easy and had to phone several times to get response .

I was on a waiting list for this practice for many months. I have been waiting a long time for treatment to a broken front tooth. At first consultation, the dentist told me he would provide treatment - but only if I first signed up to (and paid for) a private session. I do not have the money or the desire to pay for this.

First time used this practice, the staff are friendly and helpful. They made me feel very calm which is amazing as I am afraid of dentist . Highly recommend and definitely going back if I be needed to
