Always kind and welcoming. Have been at this practice for years and never had any problems. My treatment is carried out with upmost care and explained thoroughly. Recently had a broken crown and they assisted me as quickly as they could for which I was extremely grateful. My daughter is an anxious patient and they have treated her calmly and with patience. Thank you to the team.

Always friendly and welcoming. The dentist is brilliant, cheerful and professional she makes the visit a comfortable experience and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. Great Team.

A excellent service, professional whilst being friendly and supportive. Great service, good time keeping. All staff in the practice are professional and friendly. Have been with this practice for a few years now, and every visit has been good.

It’s such a good dental clinic to go to and of course the more you go the more comfortable you feel. I wouldn’t like to go anywhere else.

I visited due to some broken teeth and was seen by a dentist who is not my usual dentist. They advised I would need filings that could only be completed privately. I was charged the £203 there and then and booked in a future appointment for the work. After talking with family who also visit the same practise, it became clear they had the same situation and the filings were completed under the NHS. I called to discuss however it was very hard work. I did not get an answer ahead of my appointment so had to discuss with yet again a different dentist (which I was not told at the point of making the appointment) which took lots of time and it was almost impossible to get a recommendation from the dentist. It felt as if I had to make the decision without having the knowledge, I am not a dentist so do not know what is best for the situation! I made a decision on what I thought was best and had the type of filings given to me as one of the option available. They were completed under the NHS. Since then I am still trying to get an itemised bill for the work. I was told it would be emailed to me but nothing has been received a week later. I call most days but no answer. The dentist I saw was super friendly and my usual dentist is great but the general working of the practice are not easy to deal with.

Clean ,friendly and helpful reception staff very efficient at dealing with customer requirements. Clinicians are of the highest quality being throughly helpful both whilst inspecting your teeth and gums and with the advice they give to maintain and improve your oral help . A first class service

Timekeeping has always been good which is most helpful. The standard of dentistry has always been good, even when seeing different dentists.

During my wait I observed the receptionist dealing seamlessly with patients both on the telephone and at the reception desk, keyboard activity and members of staff in a calm, confident, compassionate and respectful manner with no fuss or stress. She was working single handed and deserves to be commended for her capabilities. The hygienist despite a late start worked constantly for around 25 mins cleaning and descaling my teeth which had not seen a hygienist in 6 years. The result was remarkable noticeably improved appearance and feel and clean almost as if whitening had been carried out.
