Always made to feel at ease during treatment and it is good to build a rapport with my dentist as he knows what the issues are.

I saw a different dentist this time and he was very thorough, and explained any queries I had . I’m usually quite nervous and felt very at ease with his treatment would definitely want the same dentist next time !

I have been seeing the same dentist at this practice for several years now. My appointments are always thorough with advice given and any follow-up treatment arranged efficiently. The dentist and assistant are friendly and professional.

Fantastic very friendly, I always feel welcome. All the staff are very confident, friendly, and professional. I have been with this practice for over 10 years. On my last visit I had three filling and all went hunky dory.

I saw the hygenist for treatment 2 days ago. She was very thorough and proficient however I would query whether twice yearly treatment is necessary. I have pockets in my gums which she cleans but otherwise she said I had very little plaque. Surely is this treatment necessary at £70 a time? Does cleaning the pockets in the gums twice a year really make that much difference?

I am surprised that the treatment took less than 15 mins, and it didn't feel my tooth got properly cleaned, and it cost £70. It doesn't seem right.

I recently had a hygienist appointment, paid £70 and was in the chair only 10 mins and when my teeth were polished only the front and sides done not any of my back teeth. Felt the appointment didn't justify the money.
