Reception staff are always really friendly and helpful. I didn't have too long a wait before my appointment and my dentist was friendly and ensured my comfort at all times throughout my procedure.

Notwithstanding the long lead time between inspection and treatment I was very happy with how I was dealt with both by the receptionist and the dentist. I found him and his dental nurse a highly efficient team. The dentist exuded an air of professionalism which made me feel relaxed and confident - My treatment is not yet over but I have no qualms in believing is a most satisfactory result.

After receiving x2 cancellations on my 6 monthly from the practice they sent a reminder that unless I had a review I would be removed from the practice I have just had a review and was given an appointment for remeadials the next thing that happened is I get a phone call cancelling the new appointment is this the normal way to treat patients?

All staff are made aware of the high-level customer service that Damira aims to deliver, and this will be raised during the next staff training to ensure this does not happen again. We understand your concerns with cancelled routine appointments, and we sincerely apologise that you have experienced these delays. Our dentists are working incredibly hard to see as many patients as they can, as well as completing open treatment plans and seeing emergency cases. We to prioritise patients that are in pain, this means routine care and examinations are delayed. I required treatment on the front six upper teeth. This was carried out most expertly by my dentist and I am very satisfied with the result. I always thought that she was excellent, now I know for sure that she is.

Extremely thorough examination. The dentist talked through everything he was doing. Gave good advice about caring for my teeth and gums. I was very happy with the treatment and would recommend this practice to anyone in need of treatment

I have been with this practice for a number of years and cannot fault the attention that I receive at all times. On this visit I was seen on time and the check of my teeth was very thorough. I can't fault my dentist or the staff at the practice.
