I’m a very nervous patient and feel my dentist wasn’t sympathetic or patient. Was trying to give me a xray and I couldn’t close my mouth right to achieve this as it was painful. My dentist wasn’t friendly and now I have got to go to Southampton Daimira for xray and treatment. Very disappointing.

An excellent experience from booking the appointment, timely delivery from Reception , to the Dentist, and follow on appointments if required. ( And the crown I had fitted by them a few years ago is still doing excellent service )

The dentist I had (I can't remember his name) he was absolutely wonderful, he kept me informed throughout the whole check up, gave me good tips on how I can improve my oral health and get whiter teeth before my wedding. Overall, a very positive experience and I am not one to be happy to be going to the dentist, but my dentist made me feel so relaxed and well informed on what is happening next

From walking in the door you feel ease, had a very good visit and everything was explained to me as we went through my options. I had a really good experience after some bad ones over the years at different practices. So i am glad I have finally found one that will give me good experience. Thank you

The dentist was professional and polite and he discussed the possible treatments which I concluded were suitable. However, I was surprised by the cost of the treatment (in excess of £300) which I only found out when arranging the appointments at reception. I was further surprised that I had to pay at that point i.e. two and a half months Before receiving any treatment?

We apologise for the inconvenience of our overall rise in prices for appointments and treatments. This is due to the increase of material costs because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our payment in advance policy requires all patients to pay the full amount or a percentage at the time of booking the appointment. Demand for appointments is very high so we follow this policy to prevent failure to attend. It promotes patients to inform us when they need to cancel so their appointment time can be used to see another patient in need of dental care. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. I became emotional when arriving at the surgery, and was dealt with by the staff with compassion and care. My dentist took time to let me compose myself and I could not have been treated any better!
