Visited the practice in Stafford for the first time for an emergency, the dentist was very understanding and was so lovely and treatment was excellent, she made me feel at ease. I have now joined the practice as a patient, highly recommend.

Attended for a routine check-up in January 2023. I had received a reminder ahead of the appointment, along with my patient forms, which meant that when I arrived, I didn't need to wait/complete questionnaires. I was seen on time and all the staff - from reception to the dentist and dental nurse were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this practice to others.

As a new patient to the area, i was recommended Damira Hillcrest dental practice from my partner. From first registering with them to my appointment, they have been wonderful. My appointment was on time and a complete examination was carried out. I can't t recommend them enough. Excellent service.

I had been trying to manage discomfort after a piece broke off one of my molars. Although it wasn't causing toothache, my tongue caught on it continuously whilst eating or talking. It became so sore the thought of putting up with it over Christmas was intolerable & would have spoilt my Christmas. I rang Damira a couple of days before Christmas & they were able to fit me in. I saw my normal Dentist who has always been professional, gentle & caring. He was able to smooth it off for me so it didn't catch my tongue as a temporary measure & discussed treatment options for a permanent fix. I will be going back in January for a crown to sort it out. Thank you Damira for saving my Christmas 🎄

Went recently for a root canal removal, not very pleasant but my dentist was brilliant, explained everything before hand and was positive throughout the treatment and has such a lovely manner.

I would like to know why I could not have my root canal replaced on the nhs. I was told I would have to pay £846 privately. The root canal was done the first time on the nhs at this surgery when it was Hill Crest Dental. The only option seems to be to have it the tooth taken out on the nhs. Would love to know why this is?
