Apart from the actual treatment it’s always a pleasant experience to visit Damira. All staff are extremely polite and friendly. My dentist has a wonderful sense of humour which makes the treatment more enjoyable than perhaps it should be.

Reception staff very professional ,helpful and kind ,dental nurses very kind and approachable hygienest very professional and knowledgeable and dentist also kind knowledgeable and professional can certainly recommend this practice

Got to the practice and within 2 minutes I was called and was in the chair. The explanation given was easy to understand and totally relevant to my needs.

Had a tooth extraction, which went well dentist stopped the bleeding. After I had been at home 1 hour the gum started bleeding. I put dressings on dentist gave me. But it kept bleeding. Left a message on dentist answer phone. They returned my phone call and told me to go straight back. They did there best to stop bleeding, and thought it was a vein causing the problem, so put a stitch in the gum. Fortunately I had already had a anaesthetic injection so didn't feel it. Dentists and nursing staff were all very caring, and couldn't have done more. Waited about 20 mins wth a pad pressed on the cavety, it finally stopped bleeding. The dentist advised I went to A&E at local hospital, just to be sure everything was good. Which I did, and had the dressing on 1 half hours by then. Doctor checked it and said it had clotted, and had stopped bleeding. Was advised to be very careful with it. All came to a satisfactory conclusion. Taking antibiotics now and doing regular salt rinses. There is some discomfort and swelling now, which is only to be expected. All staff were extremely good, and dealt very professionally with the problem.

I feel very confident in my dentist. She’s also very kind and ready to answer any questions I have I don’t dread my dental appointments with her the nurse is also very friendly

The staff are all very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I am a senior citizen and am always treated with respect, patience and kindness and made to feel valued. The treatments I have received have always been 5*

I arrived nervous to my appointment as I was to have a filling. The male dentist made me feel at ease, explaining how to breathe whilst he was putting the injections in. Never felt a thing when he was drilling the tooth, which is unusual as practices I’ve been before I’ve usually felt some pain. Hopefully I should begin to overcome my fears now.
