I got a terrible jaw pain and swollen gum which was still happening when I was sitting at the waiting room. I had an X-ray scan and the dentist thought the tooth looked fine. Then he just simply asked me to go home without checking with my tooth further. 1 week later, the infection spread to my sinus. I went to another clinic. The tooth was found cracked and had it removed.

I attended Maycroft as an NHS patient. The staff were very helpful, put me at ease and carried out a thorough examination. They offered great advice but did not put on too much pressure for extra treatments. A great service.

I was impressed by the kindness and care I received from the dentist and dental nurse who worked on my two replacement crowns yesterday. The visual scanner used to create a mould rather than a traditional impression was particularly impressive.

Receptionist’s attitude shows little professionalism or emotional intelligence. The receptionist talk and look at you in a very negative way and not accommodating at all. There is need for review of receptionist’s level of professionalism, and customer service knowledge and experience because the people doing the real dental services are good but because of poor reception it destroys the entire service.
