I have used this practice for many years and they are well organised and give good treatment. I go there for both the hygienist and the dentist. Everywhere is very clean and their computer communication and general communication is good.

Some of the receptionists at this practise are rude, and unhelpful, I had an appointment at 08.00, it was a freezing day and I was stood outside, the door was locked, the receptionist walked into one of the rooms in front of me and saw me standing outside, it was 07.57, I assume as the practice opens at 08.00 so she would not unlock the door, but the hygienist came out of the room and saw me standing there and unlocked the door, she commented on how cold it was to be stood outside! I checked in and at no point was I told the dentist had not arrived yet. At 08.15 she eventually said he was delayed in traffic, I explained I had to go to work myself but she was not interested. The other receptionist then went upstairs, she very kindly asked another dentist if he would see me. I feel that some of the receptionist have no customer service at all. The dentist are fabulous but they are letting the practice down. This is not the first time I have had a rude receptionist at this practice.

My 14 year old daughter needed 2 teeth removed prior to orthodontic treatment. The dentist and nurse where both friendly and relaxed, yet professional. The injections were relatively painless, the extraction itself quick and aftercare advice was useful and concise. Their manner helped my daughter (who was unsurprisingly nervous) relax to an extent. I highly recommend this practice.
