It was nice and quick. Didn't have to wait .The appointment was was on time. I had a routine six monthly check up and everything was fine.

I was seen by the hygienist and then the dentist for a check up, had good advice and advice on teeth straightening.

So disappointed! After been here for a few years and never having a problem I am sad to say I am upset with the level of care and service. The dentist was very patronising and when their records were wrong she said ‘I’m not making it up’. There’s a way of saying oh let me check without being nasty and they didn’t even put the glasses back on. She even had to change their records but they are still incorrect! I know what dental work I have previously had. I left feeling like the trust had gone and like they were trying to make me look stupid I even ended up apologising for being surprised she caught me so off guard and seems that they only want to make money out of me as even when I stated I was between jobs and I’ll book work in another time she kept asking.” They mentioned things that my old dentist at the practise never mentioned. Would tell family and friends to avoid, it’s gone downhill. In fact a family member that has been there recently also said that they were treated in a similar way by this particular dentist. I’m sure this is not the way the company wants to be remembered.

Surgery is spotlessly clean. Staff are very professional but also friendly and good at making nervous patients feel less nervous . I have been a patient for over 15 years and never had any cause to complain about anything. Treatment is quite expensive though.

I'm so glad ive finally got the chance to register bck at this dentist again. Friendly staff & lovely dentist is very important to me. Always ready to greet you with a smile & so kind & caring & also always able to put you at ease if you are worrying about a particular thing ie having a dental injection.

All staff welcoming, friendly & professional. Both of my appointments were on time (Hygienist & Check up) so no delays. Waiting area is clean, cool & comfortable. Would recommend this practice.

Very welcoming from start to finish. Dentist recommended the hygienist but I was pushed into it at all, just going to floss whenever I eat., thank you for a Great service.
