They charged you online £55 for consultation and plus whatever you want them to do with your teeth e.g cleaning,polishing,and different remedies that your teeth need but instead of filling everything in advance she haven’t done anything she just seen me and said I will refer you as I cannot do you need a specialist why she did not examine properly and clean and polish as I paid the money but she refused to do so and even haven’t give my money back they are doing like toners online robers

I had terrible tooth pain and I called them to book emergency appointment, so they told me to book emergency appointment and I asked to do so, however they did not have availability and I asked at least to speak to my dentist to get pain relief, the receptionist refused it saying this would have to be emergency appointment and there is a extra cost, then I asked at least to pass my message to my dentist so they can prescribe pain relief, they refused again and told me that I have to book emergency appointment which they don’t have any availability. They look at their patients as a number, no sympathy or understanding that the tooth pain is bad, they do not care about their patients.

Our dentists work extremely hard to see as many emergency patients as they can within the day as well as completing open courses of treatment and seeing patients for dental examinations. We have to prioritise patients with extreme emergency cases due to our limited availability. We are sorry we were unable to see you on this occasion. I attended the practice on the 9th of January 2024 and was greeted by friendly receptionists,sat in a comfortable seat in the waiting area,was seen by a very nice,kind dentist who did a good examination.I can not find fault in my experience and have booked a further check up in six months as recommended by the dentist.

6 Monthly check up very friendly reception staff and my regular dentist was great as usual, would definitely recommend this practice.

The explanation given before the procedure was detailed & accurate. Administration of anaesthetic was comfortable as was the whole process.-

Seen pretty much on time by a very friendly and thorough hygienist. My family and I have been coming to this practice for years and we always get seen by someone who puts us at ease and offers friendly advice.
