Always a different Hygienist when I visit so you have to over explain your history ! Last hygienist forgot to do the top teeth and I had to remind her ! There used to be 2 people one holding the sucker ! Now they just hang it on the side of your mouth which is very uncomfortable but yet the price keeps rising ! They move between your mouth and the keyboard with the same gloves on which is very unhygienic, I have been there over 5 years and it has gradually got worse !

Friendly, on time and efficient. Staff are professional and kind. The place is clean and has a comfortable, spacious waiting area.

Excellent practice, prompt appointments, very clean and hygienic, dentist and dental nurse both friendly and helpful. Care taken at all times and very thorough. Reception team always helpful too.

I went for a replacement filling. The NHS dentist I saw had a very abrupt manner and did nothing to put me at my ease. He seemed to be in a very bad mood! When speaking to me he mumbled so I had to ask him to repeat what he said several times. He also kept telling me to follow his guidance about my dental hygiene and again said this in a very abrasive tone. He told me to come back in three months to see him again for a check up but I am very reluctant to do so. However he is the only NHS dentist at my practice as all the other ones are private so I feel that I have no choice!

Staff are friendly, place is very clean, prices are steep but guess that’s what we have to live with now. It’s a shame because I have to save up to even visit the dentist now.

I asked for advised as my son had a broken his front two teeth previously. I feel as though I am always fobbed of when asking For advice. She didn’t even check the records as mentions they said it was close to the nerve.
