Friendly reception staff, eye contact, stop talking to one another whilst dealing with you. We were waiting 20 minutes for our appointment & there was no one in with the dentist for about 12 min of that. Our dentist is the most sweetest, caring, understanding man. He cares & cateres for you if you are scared, he talks & reassures you all the time, he jokes with you, he doesn't rush his work with you.

I find this practice Extremely accommodating always get a appointment to suit, dentists and receptionist, are always extremely helpful and pleasant, we’ve been coming to this practice from when it first opened here
