  1. Review titled Rushed Appointment

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Having rang 111, in agony with a huge dental abcess was referred here within the hour . 111 service good and reception and dental nurse lovely . However the lack of empathy and reassurance from the dentist was totally unacceptable. I was in and out within 5 minutes and my extremely large molar was removed with some bits of roof left in jaw . Grateful to have been seen but would rather have spent 3 more days in pain to see my own dentist. This one treats patients with disdain.

  2. Review titled Very positive experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am petrified of dentists. I visited this practice for the first time today. Due to the very caring and considerate dentist and dental nurse, they made me feel at ease which I have never felt before at any dentist. Thank you so much for this experience and I will attend my next appointment free of any fear. Much gratitude.

  3. Review titled Attitude problem

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Nurses reception staff are lovely even called to bring my appointment forward, however the male dentist has a total lack of customer service/sympathy. He didn’t make clear what he was actually doing when questioned for reassurance I was met with a “I just don’t understand what you mean” he then proceeded to extract the tooth but the pain remained. He then said go and wait in reception and I’ll provide a prescription instead he seemed very frustrated by this. He brought the prescription and I was met with a glare from him as he passed it to the receptionist. Total attitude problem. A good level of patient care/compassion is a must in this industry especially when dealing with nervous patients who are dealing with extreme pain, total lack of by the dentist I seen today. Everyone else thank you.

  5. Review titled 111 appointment

Our grandson was in extreme pain so we took him to have his tooth seen to. They did a filling on the bottom jaw but it was the top which was painful. He went back in and was told they could only do one tooth so would have to make another appointment. We are in our 70's and this was a 65 mile round trip. Not impressed with the treatment, it would have taken minutes to actually fix the problem.
