The dentist is always really friendly, answers any questions I have. Friendly receptionist and dental nurse also. Appointment on time.

The dentist I saw was a young man he stab my gums that much that even 3 days later I am in pain he didn’t give me anything to rinse out with after all the blood that come off my gums

Saw the hygienist who did a thorough check on whether I was following instructions re my oral care. Investigation done and I received instant update on my teeth, gum etc. She proceeded to clean my teeth, leaving them sparking feeling and looking like new!!! I am 1 happy person!

The hygienist took time to explain any problems and how to remedy it. She constantly ask if I was comfortable and was professional throughout.

It was very busy in reception, although I was 10mins early for my appointment I was in danger of being late for it. I was requested to sign a consent form for payment, which I thought was odd as I had paid on my last visit for my ongoing treatment, when I queried with my dentist they confirmed it was a mistake and should not of happened.

Staff are really pleasant kind and caring. I never was keen on dentists until I joined this practice years ago. Nothing to fear.

Saw a dentist new to me today. He was extremely good- pleasant manner, took time explaining options, thorough examination, good listener, reassurance etc

Dawley family dental staff are always polite and friendly, and the dentist is always calming and helpful. This is an amazing dentist practice.
