   After being a patient of this clinic for the past 3 years, I’ve decided it’s time to find one which treats their patients with more dignity and respect. The dentist had communicate very little with me and in spite of my requests to have a deeper understanding of my situation she gave short aggressive answers. Then I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to my next appointment telling me that the dentist decided she didn’t want to see me any longer. There was no explanation, just a note on the system that saying that I was being difficult. I believe patients have the right to understand the reason for the dentists’s choice of action. I have never been treated so poorly while feeling so helpless.
