   Just been seen as a new nhs patient, they could have been more welcoming or caring, truly felt respected and they even asked my what pronouns i prefer as am lgbtq and sometimes feel discrimatated against, i have got my treatment plan now and know exactly what to expect, if you are nervous and lets face it who isnt at the dentist! then choose them you will be looked after by everyone there, a big thank you for james and his nurse (sorry i forgot your name) for taking the time to actually listen

   Thank you for your kind words. We try as a team to be fully inclusive and treat all patients with respect and kindness. And whilst you are right not everyone enjoys the thought of visiting dentist we aim to put a smile on everyone’s face:)
