Excellent appointment booking seen promptly by dentist and dental therapist both of whom took time to explain treatment and available alternatives. Friendly and efficient receptionist.

Today my son was booked in for his first filling I was extremely nervous and he was oblivious, the receptionist chatted to me generally and could probably sense my nerves, there was a little wait that can be hard with a small child at times. The therapist was supported by the dentist in my sons very thorough assessment. Including xrays. I cannot thank all of the staff enough for their time, understanding, explanations, keeping my son relaxed and at ease. Thrre was also no judgement. Yhey were very aware that a negative experience at this age (with unfortunately lots of work still to come) would not be the best outcome. The dentist could see I was struggling with the fact that my sons teeth are cavity ridden and he took time to help me to understand the steps I must put in place to support the care being given. Our appointment went over by quite abit because of their care and consideration, my son has learning difficulties but they were so informative to him and supportive at his level that I needn't have worried at all. I will always be more patient if my appointments don't run on time after this because I would want anyone that needed it, to receive the care and consideration that we received today. Thankyou to everyone involved in his appointment.

Very impressed with this clinic. The receptionist, the dentist are fantastic. I had some treatment recently and everything was explained to me and my wife in a proffesional manner and the necessary work was carried out in a gentle way. I have always had good experience from this clinic personally and as a family. Can't recommend enough.

I am an extremely anxious patient when it comes to visiting the dentist. The actual buildup to the appointment as it had been a while since my teeth had been cleaned at the dentist truly terrified me. However I could have never been more wrong, the standard of care I received was phenomenal. The therapist was welcoming, kind and approachable. Her sense of humour definatly did help make me feel at ease. She ensured I was made comfortable throughout the appointment and before I knew it, we were all done. It was the most gentle and thorough clean I’ve received in a while. She went through various ways to help improve my brushing and flossing at home which is something I’ve not had done in the past. All the information was clear and easy to understand. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to my next appointment. To the receptionist, nurse assisting, and the therapist thank you for your time and consideration throughout my appointment.
