Warm reception staff, waiting areas on each floor. Lovely dentist who gave information and answered questions in a very child friendly, acessible way. A smile and a sticker on exit! Just how it should be! Thank you so much!

Review titled Best dental practice ever thanks so much!
Rated 5 stars out of 5

How can I say how Amazing this practice is. The staff are all so lovely , kind , helpful. They work so hard, and yet have time to be caring. I started going and had to have root canals and fillings and now they’ve got me healthy and have I check ups mostly- it’s easy to book emergency appointments, and I feel so cared for. The work is brilliant and they really listen to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

I started receiving treatment at Denbigh House Dental a few Months ago my Mouth was in terrible way constant infections due to bad gum disease my teeth was also in a bad way. I was very fortunate to to get a place on there books previously I had to go to the emergency clinic all they could do was prescribe me antibiotics each time to clear up the infection.I am delighted to say at this present time I now have nothing wrong with my mouth what so ever. Reception are very friendly have great customer service skills and the dentist and nurses that treated me was so friendly and caring and very passionate about giving me in my opinion the best treatment and care I could ever ask for. A truly excellent service and dentist Practice. I can't thank them enough for the treatment I received. Paul Berger.

Review titled Awful Experience
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have never experienced such an awful dentist's surgery in my life! I contacted the dentist to book an appointment via emergency. During the follow-up appointment, I was told my mouth was not big enough to complete a route canal, so I was left with half a job completed and told to come back! I requested a normal appointment to check my teeth which I was told had happened, and I wouldn't need a routine appointment for another 6 months! (This certainly was not the case!) Since then, I have been to see a private dentist who told me i need four fillings replaced and my mouth not being big enough to continue treatment was an excuse as they could of continued treatment. I feel let down by your practices and ripped off. I have had to go private and pay a lot of money because your NHS service has been awful!

Dear patient, To begin with I would like to say thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. It is very important for us to recognise both positive and negative feedback and to be able to reflect on the service we give our patients. This enables us to improve our services. I am sad to hear you feel this way but am glad you have brought it to our attention. As you can imagine there is strict procedures that we must follow when completing certain treatments within the NHS and without more information it will be difficult to determine what has happened in this circumstance. All we can state at this moment in time is that we apologise for any inconvenience caused and the dissatisfaction that you feel with the practice. If you would like to contact the practice and speak to the manager we will endeavour to look into this further for you so we are able to provide you with an answer. Again, thank you for taking time to leave your feedback. Admin Team
