Had an emergency appointment (booked via 111) at the out of hours service. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the dentist and nurse who saw me. Only cash was being taken at the desk though, so had to trek out to find a cash point, but 111 are supposed to be informing people of this so not the practice's fault

I had emergency 111 treatment for removal of a broken decaying back tooth, I was feeling nervous but everyone was very friendly and the dentist / dental nurse kept informed about everything they were doing explaining my x rays and how to look after my teeth better in a very informative friendly manner

Having to attend for an emergency appointment I was greeted by the most amazing staff. I was out at ease immediately and there was no judgment. I wish all dentists (and their teams) made people feel this way. Thank you
