The lady at reception was ever so helpful and kind and the dentist lady was so gentle and kind and I would love to be with them always. She never made me fear or feel nervous in any way while filling my tooth. I am so happy that I got an appointment with them. Best dentist I have ever been to and being 73 I have been to many. Thank you so much for all your help and making me feel welcome.

I attended FSM for ana emergency dental appointment. As a anxious patient with a fear of dentist's in general I was very apprehensive. The dentist I saw was absolutely amazing. I had to have an tooth extracted and was very worried and scared. She helped calmed my anxiety and was comforting when I got upset. If like me your a worried and anxious patient or you have a fear of dentist's I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 service from the flying Scotsman. Probably the best dentist I've seen. Thankyou so much for your help and support.

The dentist and dental nurse were fantastic and very understanding of my fear. The receptionist seemed slightly irritated with everyone, maybe just having a bad day.

111 NHS was wonderful got an appointment am the next morning. Was seen quickly and the treatment was great. The NHS is worth it’s weight in gold! Terrible dry socket infection after I had my tooth removed at my dentist. The relief of getting quick treatment is priceless when you’re in pain.

Was very distressed and crying due to the pain I was in and was said too by the dentist “why are you crying I’m not a magician” the whole experience was awful, I travelled over two hours due too the pain I was in and currently not being registered with a dentist to be spoken to like that.

Really nice and very professional staff. I walked in with a cracked and infected wisdom tooth. In no time at all I had 2 xrays and my tooth was pulled. Pain gone.
