My issues was temporarily resolved but the work was quick and still left my tooth feeling sharp and looking messy with the temporary filling. As it wasnt shaped and os sticking out slightly

The dentist and dental nurse that did the work on me were absolutely amazing. I was very nervous and in a lot of pain. I went from expecting antibiotics to tide me over until my dental hospital referral to having both the problematic teeth removed. They kept me so comfortable and helped put me at ease I can’t thank you both enough!

I would like to extend my appreciation of the service I received today at my dental appointment. Receptionist was very professional and helpful, the dental surgeon and nurse were thorough and reassuring, and it was the easiest extraction I have ever had 5 * I am now totally pain free.and thanks once again.

They was willing to take more of a look at my tooth wish ended me having a root canal, where as my other emergency appointment they just gave me medication which didn’t help and the pain got worse

Review titled Get a 2nd opinion!
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Emergency appointment through 111- last appointment of the evening, no care taken to understand my concerns. Dentist was dismissive from the outset, commented on my having “lots of problems”. Told I need a canine extraction due to loss of filling, which the dentist didn’t feel competent to perform and referred for dental surgery. To which she added I “may as well have the next tooth removed as it’ll need root canal and [i] don’t have a registered dentist, it won’t cost anymore”. I find it unbelievable that a dentist would suggest extractions before any restorative treatment!! I have since registered elsewhere and have been advised both teeth can be saved! ~ get a 2nd opinion before having extractions ~

Really friendly and helpful staff. Totally put my mind at rest and made me feel calm considering dentists make me feel very nervous.

Receptionist wasn’t aware of the nhs refund form or how to attain one, as per the nhs website you should ask for a receipt and form from reception. I have been told I need to download one and I hope it works! No work done, cray on a broken tooth and dentist not confident to extract so referred to dental surgeon for a 10-18 week wait.

Very quick and effective tooth removal. Lovely staff and very friendly. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because appointment was at 3pm but only took me in at 4pm. Other than that everything was great
