I have to be one of the worlds worst patients for dental work, my anxiety level at the thought of any dental work truly rockets sky high. I was referred to the Dental Access Centre in Shrewsbury by my Dentist, (I am a NHS patient) The whole experience was truly calming, from the initial pleasant and friendly demeanor of the receptionist, (let's face it, some dental/doctor receptionists can be seriously "frosty"....), to the Dentist, and the accompanying Nurse. They went to great lengths in making me feel very much at ease and although I personally opted not to proceed with the treatment at this time, I left with the feeling that "yes" I could get through it so to speak at a later date and believe me, being able to say this is a major step forward for me. If you are fortunate enough to secure an appointment at this practice, I feel comfortable in advising that you will be very well looked after and indeed very fortunate. PS: I wanted to include the names of the receptionist, dentist and nurse in the review to effectively personally thank them, but the review platform does not allow this.
