I am a working professional who used the Forest Hill branch normally. I went for a procedure at the Dulwich branch that would most likely leave my face swollen and mouth misaligned, so I thought I would wear a hoody. But then I was made to feel like a potential thief as I was eyeballed prior and post treatment by an unsightly man. After paying I left but I returned after a few minutes to confirm my suspicions and yes he left the area. Having visited many dental practices over the years I have never been made to feel threatened. I am leaving this review at 3am as I woke up dreaming about it. Apart from that, the dentist I saw was brilliant but I will not recommend this particular practice.

I have used this practice on and off for 30 plus years. I booked a 30 minute hygienist appointment for £69. I was in and out of the building within 15 minutes. When I queried this I was advised she needed to update the system and clean the room. My teeth didn’t feel particularly clean I most certainly will not be returning and have been telling colleagues, family and friends how disappointed I was
