There’s a road closure in place at the top of their road so you need to do a long detour which therefore made me late by minutes. Once I found it I couldn’t believe it was there as it looks like a run down old house and was worse when you get inside. The receptionist behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful but was very content on telling me the appointment had been cancelled. I had a phone call couple of hours before to confirm the appointment and at no point I was made aware of any issues of access.

The reception team are lovely and helpful. The hygienist is just lovely and makes me feel at ease and less ashamed. I have never had a dentist that is so respectful and kind as he was.
