   Following a dental procedure it was necessary to contact Dental Surgery due to continuing pain. It was necessary to extract a large upper wisdom tooth. This was completed within any pain and problems. A latter error in charging for NHS dental work undertaken was promptly rectified. A further email from the Practice Manager sought to apologize and ensure a good practice/patient relationship existed.
