Review titled Friendly dentist putting her patients at ease
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 02 June 2023
I'm very pleased with this practice. The dentist is particularly adept at working with children, explaining them in simple words the procedures and overall making sure they are at ease. She is warm, friendly and seems very attentive and thorough.

Review titled Unprofessional
Rated 1 star out of 5

I booked the appointment for my daughter however when we went there the receptionist said something went wrong and you don’t have any appointment. She said that she will book for the next day. I gave the receptionist the letter from orthodontist asking the dentist for teeth extraction for my daughter. When we went the next day the dentist said that the receptionist booked a check up appointment not appointment for tooth extraction. I was shocked because if she didn’t have her teeth extracted we will have to cancel orthodontist appointment and we were waiting for it for more than 2 months. Additionally the receptionist was so inconsiderate and told me to reschedule the appointment with orthodontist because the dental practice didn’t have appointments. Basically she just wanted to find an excuse for her mistake. Luckily , the dentist was very considerate and decided to extract my daughter’s teeth because she was aware of the mistake that the receptionist made. We left the practice and the receptionist didn’t even bother to appologise for all the inconvenience she caused us. Very unprofessional.

Review titled Disorganised and poor services
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Ryan Pashaee - Posted on 18 November 2022
My Son, Ryan has been registered at this surgery and being an A’level student his time is very precious. Since early November he was booked in on the first Friday of the month, just before we set our way to the surgery we were called to reschedule. We were quite disappointed but didn’t think much of it. He was booked in for the following Friday at 16:45 and again I was contacted to reschedule as I was told they have double booked this time slot. This is so very disappointing and I have now asked to remove my son from their books and I shall take him elsewhere. Their services and management is extremely poor and I would not step foot into this practise again.
