    I was seen the next day after contacting the surgery and diagnosed that I needed 2 extractions. These were actioned within a week.

    I had to have a tooth removed and following a previous rather difficult painful removal I was rather anxious. Having talked through my options I decided to bite the builder and have it removed there and then. The practitioner was excellent, removal was swift and painless and I was thoroughly reassured Thank you

    From entering to exit I found the experience easy and hassle free. The staff were friendly, genuinely seemed interested in my comments from reception through to the dentist and his dental nurse that I seen. Any nervousness disappeared. Was pleasantly surprised by whole experience. Not often I write reviews, but worthy!

    Patient, thorough and ensured work done on my teeth was completed to a high standard. The job took longer than expected but I felt relaxed as I was made to feel comfortable by the dentist and technician completing the procedure. Shame I cannot get my disabled 17 year old child was turned away from this practice due to her missing 2 appointments not of her making. (Attending appointments at Oxford Radcliffe children’s hospital on both occasions). She has no dentist now or for the last 3 years.

It is our teams' priority to provide a friendly and comfortable service to all patients. We are sorry to hear that your daughter has been taken off the NHS patient list. Unfortunately, it is practice policy that if a patient fails to attend 2 appointments within a year period, we are no longer able to offer further NHS appointments. However looking at your daughters record i can see that the dentist was willing to keep her on as a patient as she was at university, so attending routine appointments were less feasible. Unfortunately, since this, it has exceeded two years since the last check up, so this would result in the practice being unable to offer any further NHS availability. We are sorry for the inconvenienced caused. Dental Suite

    Been going here for years with my kids. Only downside this time is they took my daughter off the list as they hadn’t seen her for awhile due to covid times but I never got an email to say do I want her still listed and I do but now say can’t see her. I’d like this addressed

    Dear Glenn, Thank you for your review. We truly appreciate your family's loyalty with the practice. In concern with your daughter no longer being an NHS patient if she has not been seen for a check up within a two year period, this is a policy across all NHS Practices. Unfortunately, due to covid, for a period of time, we were unable to offer routine dental check ups, so the 2 year time span was increased to two years before the practice closed for lockdown. Furthermore, due to having an extremely high volume of patients, we are unable to contact all patients individually, however, we do have automated emails that are sent to patients when they are due a check up and when we started to resume routine check ups, we did email patients to advise this. We would be very grateful to speak with you to learn more about you this matter as this is important to help us improve the patient experience.     Please beware that you have to know when you are going to be ill or an emergency arises in advance with this company My husband was suffering and as this used to be our nhs dentist before covid in desperation I paid money up front for his appointment He is not a well man and was ill overnight for various reasons but if you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance they will retain your money There is no compassion or consideration of circumstances

Unfortunately, it is practice policy that if a private appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice that the deposit is retained as this clinical time may not be filled due to the late notice of cancellation. However, we always judge each case on its merits and do take into consideration illness and emergencies.     I was taken in for my appointment after a short delay nothing unusual. The dentist was well prepared for my treatment and spent considerable time ensuring the filling was done to a very good standard. I was also recommended to make an appontment with the dental hygenist which I was able to arrange easily and within a reesonable time frame.

    This NHS dentist is very professional and kind They have always helped out me and my husband with Dental problems Fitting us in as soon as possible and our dentist is fantastic and very thorough The receptionist are also very kind and helpful and I’ve never had to wait tooo long on the phone Would highly recommend them
