My treatment was excellent right from my initial booking through to leaving the building. Reception staff were efficient and courteous, the dental nurse was extremely pleasant and my dentist had his usual calm gentle attitude which helps a lot as I am a rather nervous patient. He completed my procedure skilfully and I was very happy with the result. I was able to book my next appointment before leaving which is also very useful.

I was suffering from tooth pain and was given an appointment at very short notice. My problem was promptly diagnosed and the Dentist explained two remedial possibilities. After I had made my choice the dental work was carried out effectively on the same day. I am happy to say that the toothache has now been cured.

My actual dentist, where can I start. I am petrified for 45 years since seeing her, she has got me so comfortable and quite relaxed. Even seeing the hygienist my dentist has worked miracles ...Thank you so much, for all you have done for me

Being a very nervous patient they take extra sets to make me as comfortable as possible every visit. The team always provide great advice on oral care plans. Recently I broke a filling and was able to be seen at short notice. As always dentist did a fantastic job!

Had a 2 o'clock appointment. At 2:00, there were 8 patients waiting to be called for what were the first post-lunch appointments. First patient called at 2:05, I was called at 2:10. Why bother giving fixed appointment times when you don't even attempt to be ready? By the time you factor in appointments over-running, mid afternoon patients could face 15-30 minutes delays.

My dentist made a referral to the hospital/dental suite and within 3 weeks I had an appointment. I was nervous but the treatment was carried out so quickly I didn't have time to panic. Everywhere was clean. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful.
