Review titled Very good Nhs dentist
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 26 March 2024
I signed up as an Nhs patient with e8 in 2023, after five years without seeing a dentist. Every dentist, hygienist and dental nurse that I’ve seen here has been so reassuring, patient and friendly. e8 has really encouraged me to start visiting the dentist regularly and to improve my dental health. The location (on Mare Street) is excellent too. Would highly recommend to anyone based in East London.

I booked at fairly short notice was nervous. Hygienist was attentive, patient and kind. Explained the procedure well and put me at ease. I would recommend this practice based on the three visits I have made to it.

Review titled Pricing structure unclear/No loo still
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by EBM - Posted on 13 December 2022
I waited 45 mins for my delayed dentist today and the loo was still unavailable to the public (it was available before Covid). I do not think that this is a good level of service. Also, I am not clear if you have to have a deep clean, then a hygienist appointment, before they let you see their NHS Dentist again - I do not feel this is fair? It is an NHS practice but at the moment I get pressurised to do the expensive cleaning/hygienist procedures in order to then see the NHS Dentist? I may have misunderstood this, as I have Asperger’s Syndrome but I think the procedure should be more transparent? Thank you.
