Review titled Great Practice

I visited the clinic recently for a check-up. I was given a health questionnaire to complete which was really easy. The practice had all my records on file cohesively and kept referring to them to ensure they had my full dental history. As i waited in the waiting room i noticed the nurse cleaning after each patient and was helping the doctor efficiently. The dentist on hand was very communicative and let me know what I needed to do for the healthcare of my teeth for the future i.e. flossing. He was very friendly and we built a good rapport with each other. I would highly recommend attendees at this clinic. The dentist is professional, caring and clear.

Review titled Reliable, effective , diligent, honest and caring Dentist.

The dentist has been treating our family for over 30 years. He has always been professional, courteous , honest and effective and treats everyone with dignity and respect. Among his patients he treats my brother who has learning disability and is one of the very few dentists who accepts patients with obvious issues and does and can treat with dignity and respect. Overall we dread the time when we can no longer use this dental practice and in particular the dentist as we cannot imagine another dentist who had the quality to treat us all with the varied needs in a professional manner with empathy. Thanks

I attended for a check-up recently. The reception staff were so polite and I was informed my dentist was running slightly behind and would be with me as soon as possible, which I completely appreciated. I saw the nurse wiping all the surfaces and clearing away used instruments in a secure box and replacing sealed, clean instruments before my treatment. This gave me confidence that I was being treated in a professional clinic. The dentist was professional and even though I need to return for treatment I was so pleased with how the receptionist patiently went through a number of dates/times until I could agree on one that suited me. All of the staff in this wonderful surgery work very hard to provide the best treatment/care to their patients. I am an NHS patient and very very grateful for that indeed.
