This surgery does not even deserve a single star. Unfortunately for me i called the 111 help line and booked an appointment to see a dentist on Wednesday 8-th Of May for 3.30. Upon arrival i was greeted by the receptionist who was polite and kind and was the only good thing about this surgery. I was told that the doctor is running late and have to wait. She asked me to fill the papers and then immediately asked me to pay in advance although the doctor was not there yet. Anyways, after the other 2 patients were seen within just a few minutes it was my turn. I had a lose wisdom tooth and the gum around was painful and inflamed. I was in pain and could not eat. After i explained the whole story i have asked for an x-ray. To my surprise i was shown a photo of my implants plus one extra tooth next to them but not the actual wisdom tooth. I have asked the photo to be emailed and they refused. Instead the doctor took my phone to take the photo herself. I have also asked to be prescribed some antibiotics just in case as i was travelling for the weekend and was told to wait in reception. I realized that she took a photo of the wrong teeth and tried to explain to the nurse but she would not allow me back in because there was another patient there. The Doctor (i don't know why i call her that) prescribed me Amoxicillin which is not the correct one for inflamed gums. Finally i have asked to use the toilet and was also refused. Simply unprofessional and unacceptable and would recommend anybody going there. Wasted my 26 pound and my time and my problem was not even solved. Terrible in any shape or form.
