   I tried to register my 3-year-old daughter at this dental surgery due to its convenient location near my house. Unfortunately, the experience with the receptionist was disappointing. I found them unhelpful, which made what should have been a straightforward process more challenging than expected. As a parent, I want a welcoming and supportive environment, especially for young children, and my interaction with the receptionist left me with doubts about the level of care we would receive. I hope they work to improve their customer service to better accommodate new patients.
