Friendly, efficient service from the whole practice team after a broken tooth. Quick check up with a temporary repair and then offered a weekend appointment for the main treatment.

I recently had an extraction. The Dentist was clear throughout the treatment and the level of care throughout was exceptional.

Had to have urgent tooth removal, emailed evening before, called me next day sorted within couple hours and grateful on nhs, all in a caring manner. Thank you

My ‘check up’ was a pleasant experience. All good, my dental hygiene has stabilised. I like the staff and I’m pleased with the treatment that I have received from them.

The treatment / repair of a broken tooth was done painlessly, quickly and with explanations along the way that made me feel comfortable with what I was going to be going through. I am very grateful that my tooth has been saved! Thank you!

I’ve been using Dentalcare Hook for over 10 years and I’m always satisfied with the service and care it provides. I’ve visited twice in July for an unplanned extraction and a Hygenist appointment. I was extremely satisfied with both treatments. Both practitioners provided me with professional and caring treatments, which makes visiting the dentist a far more pleasant experience.

Wait times vary between zero and twenty minuets in my experience. I usually get a different hygienist every visit, the last one was very good. I have a a drown fitted in the past and that was excellent.

I had a problem with a filling, which required filling below the gum. There were a few problems getting the filling to stick but the dentist fitted me into her busy schedule and treated me professionally and with good humour.

Staff were friendly. Dentist was professional and made us feel at ease as I don't like coming to the dentist. Was clear in what he found and explained what we had to do well. Very kind and gentle approach
