The best dental practice ever. Professional, kind and caring. Good advice always given and emphasis on preventable dental problems. My recent visit, discussed new dentures and my fab dentist navigated a plan which I will be able to afford now that I’m on state pension. My only issue, several years ago, I missed a double appointment because I found out that a close family member had just been diagnosed with cancer and they needed me to visit. On the same day, my daughter in law became unwell and asked me to look after my grandchildren, I had to take them with me. I totally forgot my appts and couldn’t go when I had a phone call to remind me because I had driven a good way to pick the children up, then on to my sick relative. Bearing this in mind, several years(at least ten) later, these missed appts are still on my record against me. I would like this to be reviewed and removed. I have never missed an appt since that regrettable day. Ref , Hook Dental NHS, Hampshire

I was in pain with tooth ache and they fitted me in the same day, the receptionist and dentist were both amazing!

Although I was not advised to not take my daily aspirin before this extraction of a wisdom tooth, the removal was professional and efficient.
