From booking the appointment to being examined by the dentist, this is always a positive experience for me. As a child my experience with dentists was not positive however the staff at Hook Dental Care has changed my perception entirely. Friendly and supportive staff at all times. I have needed to have bridgework done and the dentist was amazing from start to finish

When I visited the practice today, my dentist explained the options for treatment. The dentist was very clear and I didn’t feel I was being rushed into a decision.

Lovely hygienist who understood my issues and made the experience painless. The dentist is professional, informative and has a lovely manner. Highly recommended and worth the 200 mile round trip every time.

Very few people enjoy a visit to the dentist and I certainly don't but when the work is done with care in a calming manner it makes the experience so much better. Awkward top filling this week towards the back of the mouth, but as usual, carried out professionally and always checking you are ok. Really good dental practice and whole team including front desk professional and courteous as usual.

I visited the dental hygienist which I wasn't really looking forward to, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted in a warm and friendly way, we had a little chat before the procedure where she explained what would happen. I can't say I enjoyed the treatment, but she was gentle and thorough, and I did not experience any pain or discomfort. After the treatment was completed she gave me some useful advice and guidance. Overall it was a very good experience.

Very professional and friendly. I was seen on time and the procedure was explained and carried out accordingly. The receptionist was also very helpful and I was able to book my ongoing appointments without difficulty.

So very lucky to have this service. The reception staff and nurses are lovely and I have a wonderful dentist who is the best. My current problem is with a tooth which is causing me pain. My dentist has given me options, including specialist treatment if I wished. Couldn’t speak highly enough of these people.

Busy waiting room/foyer on my arrival 09.45hrs, with a short queue to see very pleasant and helpful receptionists. Pre-filling in Health Check Forms definitely worthwhile. Happy to see that my dentist was the same as before following some past comings and goings. I certainly feel the local population growth putting a strain on the surgery's resources which is no fault of the people choosing to live in this area.

A great experience during my Hygienist appointment. She offered the most thorough, gentle and pleasant care and I shall certainly be asking for her again when booking my next treatment.

I had great treatment and I was very satisfied with the service I received. The dentist was very helpful and supportive and her nurse was great. It was my first time and I am very happy to have joined the practice.
