My ‘check up’ was a pleasant experience. All good, my dental hygiene has stabilised. I like the staff and I’m pleased with the treatment that I have received from them.

The treatment / repair of a broken tooth was done painlessly, quickly and with explanations along the way that made me feel comfortable with what I was going to be going through. I am very grateful that my tooth has been saved! Thank you!

I’ve been using Dentalcare Hook for over 10 years and I’m always satisfied with the service and care it provides. I’ve visited twice in July for an unplanned extraction and a Hygenist appointment. I was extremely satisfied with both treatments. Both practitioners provided me with professional and caring treatments, which makes visiting the dentist a far more pleasant experience.

Wait times vary between zero and twenty minuets in my experience. I usually get a different hygienist every visit, the last one was very good. I have a a drown fitted in the past and that was excellent.

I had a problem with a filling, which required filling below the gum. There were a few problems getting the filling to stick but the dentist fitted me into her busy schedule and treated me professionally and with good humour.

Staff were friendly. Dentist was professional and made us feel at ease as I don't like coming to the dentist. Was clear in what he found and explained what we had to do well. Very kind and gentle approach

After years of dreading going to the dentist, I now have no fear and have been going to DentalCare Hook for several years. Had a check up today, dentist talked through everything and made me feel totally at ease.

I had 2 visits today for NHS hygienist and emergency treatments. The service provided by both clinicians was excellent. Great care was taken and everything fully explained. Both appointments on time. The reception team were also very efficient. Definitely recommended.

Both practitioners were fine and treated me with respect. The hygienist was personable and exercised great skill in minimising sensitivity for which I was extremely grateful. My only criticism is that I don't think it should be necessary to pay the hygienist fee at the time of booking. I understand the problem with the incidence of 'no shows' but a six month prepayment period does seem a little excessive and unfair on those patients who are honest and honour their appointments. I would have thought that a more suitable arrangement could be introduced to deal with this matter.
