Had an appointment with Hygienist last week and the dentist today. Both were very professional, thorough and friendly. I strongly recommend both of them. I have a phobia of going to the Dentist, and the dentist I saw today 14th Nov 2024, made me feel at ease, and explained everything clearly and fully. It was the best dental appointment that I have ever had. I hope both staff members stay at the practice for many many years to come. The dentist was fantastic at putting me at ease, and making the appointment as comfortable as possible. I am so impressed there are not enough superlatives to describe how great my appointment was, the dentist was very friendly and so was the dental nurse with her. I already made my next appointment and am so pleased to have found a dentist that can put me at ease! The reception staff were helpful and friendly too. All in all a fantastic experience. Please do not lose the dentist I saw today from your practice as she is a fantastic asset. The only annoying thing is I wanted to name the staff members in this review as they deserve public praise, but the review will not submit when the staff names are included so I am unable to include the staff names. I hope they know who they are as they deserve a lot of praise.

Efficient and professional service from reception and treatment staff. I had a dental check up and hygienist treatments and both started and finished on time. Treatment staff gave useful advice.

I had a tooth extraction i felt happy to have that rather than the cost of a crown the whole process was explained easily with any problems high lighted i suffered no pain or after affects

Today, I had my dental appointment for a filling, which proceeded very smoothly and was almost painless. The filling feels fine and doesn't require any additional polishing. Overall, it was a great experience. I am looking forward to my follow-up appointment with Dr. Harman.

I had to visit the practice 3 times recently for treatment. I was given excellent care. All staff at the practice are very good. My dentist and her nurse, took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable at all times and she kept me informed of the treatment I was having. Would recommend the practice.

Excellent and honest dental care and service. The dentist, dental nurse and rest of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I was given plenty of information about my dental health and I was also given the opportunity to ask questions. It is always a pleasure to come to my dental clinic for a check-up. Many thanks.

Recent checkup revealed necessity for a filling which dentist offered to do immediately to save a return visit. Dental staff professional, thorough and put me at ease. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Appointments timely and readily available.

Came in for a routine filling. Dentist was available early. Work done and I was out in 15 minutes. Excellent service.

I had a hygenist and dentist appointment today and they were both great! The appointments were actually on time, although this is the first time it's happened in the 10 years + I have been registered at this practice.

My appointment was on time. Reception team friendly, polite. Helpful, professional staff (Hygenist and assistant). Gave an explanation on check up. Next appointment organised efficiently.
