The dentist was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing throughout. It was root canal so not very pleasant but he put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable.

How non caring the dentist seemed to be. Sat in the chair for 1 hr 50 mins with clamps in my mouth. Not once was I asked by her if I was ok. Nothing explained as to what was happening.

The dentist gave me my options regarding any treatment available in a clear manner and I decided to reassess the situation at my next checkup.

The surgery was clean and the dentist was really nice and welcoming. I appreciated how he kept me informed of what was going on throughout the procedure as I do get quite anxious. I was in for a root canal that my dentist had tried twice to fix but couldn’t so I was nervous this would be the case again but this dentist was super quick and able to fix everything! Really pleased with how everything went today.

The dentist explained everything very clearly without jargon and gave recommendations. I felt like i was speaking to a professional with good experience which made it a relaxing appointment. My only negative was that I arrived 30mins early for a 2pm appt. There was a sign saying closed for lunch 1-2pm and it was raining. I haven't been to the area before so i came early to make sure i wldnt be late. When booking 2pm appointment i think we should be made aware it would be closed if we arrive early.

My dentist and the dental nurse were both very professional and, although my visit was brief, I would hesitate to recommend the practise.

The receptionist were really friendly on the phone and in person. The dentist did my root canal to the best he could.

The dentist was exceptional. I felt a panic attack coming on as soon as I was numbed but the dentist (unaware) was keeping me calm by distracting my mind. Extremely grateful. Please thank him and the team on my behalf. Excellent service
