Appointment was at 9am and as usual the dentist was late - walked in to waiting room at 09:16 - got called in for appointment at 09:20 and was in the chair for 5 minutes max told not issues and book for another 6 months No apology from dentist for late start Receptionist was lovely and very diplomatic and very efficient. Next appointment booked

We have been using this dental practice for over ten years now and the attention and care from both the dentist and nurses is exemplary. My children actually love going to the dentist, having been going to the same one for almost 15 years so they must be doing something right!

The poor lady on reception was so rushed off her feet that she couldn't keep up with the phones or the people in the reception area But she maintained a professional manner through out our visit.

The staff are so warm and friendly, they really put myself and my family at ease. They are very knowledgeable and answer all our questions and any concerns.

I've been at this practice for years so know the receptionists, dentist and hygienist well. I'm a regular customer and feel extremely comfortable with them. They are welcoming and friendly so I am very happy with the service.
