Had 2 fillings this morning. Complete agony since . Staff were friendly and so was the dentist but being in more pain after treatment than i was when i first went in is not good ?

Friendly reception staff, met new dentist and her nurse. Both charming, thorough and professional. Explained the state of my teeth and gums. Had X-rays and all well. Great team. Customer experience and desire to recommend the practice is key.

I contacted the dentist about a chipped tooth that required treatment. I was given an appointment to then be told id have to book a longer appointment for any treatment. This obviously doubling your time!!

There was a 40 minute delay on my appointment, I was offered to wait or to rebook. It took me 25 minutes to get into the appointment. They could’ve rang me at home saving me the journey and I would’ve arrived At the right time or rebooked and not just sat there twiddling my thumbs.

X3 changes to the appointment dates by the clinic not me. For private tx this seems dreadful. The tx itself was professional and speedy, however in my opinion it was rather expensive.

My Dentist is very nice, akways find her very pleasant . She is good at her job and always makes me feel at ease. Had to have antibiotics and mouth wash today . Would reccomens my dentist . Thank you for good treatment From Maggie x.

It’s the first time that I have seen this new dentist she was very nice and helpful and giving me some advice on what I should do also her assistant was very nice and helpful too

I always dread being in the dentist chair but she makes me feel at ease talking through the treatment and not forgetting the receptionists so very pleasant ??
