This is the second appointment with the private dentist and once again more than half an hour delayed. The nurse attending to my 92 year old father-in-law who has dementia was not only rude but decidedly disrespectful to the dentist and was slamming drawers and throwing equipment and supplies down on the tray. Very disappointed, especially in view of the fact that he was removed from the NHS patient list after 18 years of attending the same surgery, without any communication with him or any reason given.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and answer all my questions l never feel Ill at ease and l always feel very satisfied with the service l have received and consider the service excellent value for money

Very good and considerate dentist.....emergency appointment when in a lot of pain and resolved when obviously under a lot of pressure at Newark with very few staff. Very grateful .....

In on time, really friendly. Dentist is really good explained what was happening. Done awesome job, very friendly. Felt more relaxed. Would recommend her to anyone.

Everybody was helpful. The actual Dentist has a good knack of making you comfortable and at ease. It almost makes one happy to attend the dentist ?
