I have nothing negative to say. All the staff were fantastic. The reception team, dental nurse and dentist were all great. I’ve never had such a positive experience a the dentist before.

A filling I had three weeks ago, fell out. I had to have it replaced and got charged a second time, because I had been booked in With the wrong dentist. Last week my son went for his appointment and it had been cancelled, the receptionist was rude and said he had cancelled when he hadn’t. My husbands appointment was cancelled last minute. The dentist i saw today was excellent, and a receptionist said she’d try to refund one of my charges, but overall the practice is a bit of a disaster.

I was seen 40 minutes late and my hygienist appointment couldn't be completed. It felt rushed and I was not happy with the outcome of my scaling and polish

The fact that last year on my first apt , I was offered a Hygenist apt included in my initial check up as my teeth needed scale and polish . The appointment was cancelled several times , so by the time it came to my sixth monthly check up I had not had the scale and polish.when I enquired about the Apt , I was told the Hygenist was private and costs £65. They explained that the offer was made as they had student Hygenist. The Dentist examined me and said she would not do a scale and polish eventhough I needed it and no further treatment. Told receptionist to book a 15 min apt in 6 moths time. Why can’t the Dentist do a scale and polish ? My appointment lasted a few minutes!

Very professional, caring dentist. Explained all the treatment very clearly. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. An excellent treatment session.

The dentist / hygienist was very professional and explained what she was going to do . Shame the equipment hadn’t been checked to see that it was working!!!!
