I had a new dentist today (I didn’t get his name) but he was outstanding, and very informative! He cleaned my teeth excellently, and advised me on future gum health. Very happy with the service

My appointment was cancelled but I didn’t receive notice so attended on time three days ago. The receptionist apologized and rebooked for later that day. I arrived on time and waited 15 minutes which was fine except for the adverts blasting from the radio. I asked for a volume reduction but the receptionist said she was unable to comply. I sat for another five minutes then left with a booking for this morning. The doors were locked when I arrived at ten. My phone calls go to voicemail.

This was an emergency appointment, and needed antibiotics for an infection, the surgery provided a quick appointment which I am grateful for.

I had 2 fillings and was very nervous, the dentist was very patient with me, made me feel at ease. I have and my late husband have been with this practise for many year's and always been happy,i have also introduced my granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren to the practise who are also happy ?
