My dentist takes the time to talk about any problems that I’ve had since my last visit and explains exactly what she is going to do and makes me feel at ease.

Staff were very friendly. My appointment was 9.30am Monday 7th August. I was really pleased with the fillings my dentist did on my front teeth ? From Mark Melladay

The actual dental service was as usual very good, however for the second time in as many months i was kept waiting well in excess of 30 minutes. If i had been told this was going to be the case then i would have rearranged the appointment. I fully understand that some appointnents will overrun but if that info could be passed to reception, people will have the option to stay or go on.

Friendy greeting from reception staff,punctual appointment time, and first rate top class dentistry. Nobody likes a visit to the dentist, but here it's as good as it gets. Thank you.

The dentist was both professional and helpful. I received useful advice and she started a system of 3 monthly “deep cleans” to attempt to improve or hold back the gum disease affecting me and which has already caused tooth loss. She imbued a feeling of considerable confidence in her ability

As an older patient I found that it was an excellent opportunity to check out any concerns with a very knowledgeable dentist and have a professional review of the condition of my teeth.

Had an emergency, due to go on holiday and lost some filling in 1of my teeth, thanks to the receptionist, she got me in the next day on a cancellation. Disappointed l was on time, but had to wait 20mins for the DDS to appear. On the great service as usual.

I don't understand why my appointments are always later than stated. It is difficult with work to get the time and it is not helped when appointment is 30-40 minutes late. If I was that late it wouldn't be acceptable.
