I was so scared had to have a tooth out, the dentist was so kind explained everything she was doing, always makes me feel at ease, it was out before I new it very happy ??

Promptness of appointment - no long wait. Clear explanation - so I was well informed and now know what to expect in the future (that tooth was filled deeply but may still lose it later - but it was not the 1st option to just take out but to try and save it first). Friendly attitude by all staff : dentist, dental assistant and receptionist. Excellent reminders of appointment sent to my iphone.

Dentist explained everything that was happening, which I found comforting and inclusive. Checked in with my comfort and gave praise throughout. Comfortable root canal treatment.

Excellent service . Seen quickly lovely dentist needed small filling which was done there and then instead of having to make another appointment

Got to my appointment 5 minutes before for my check up and they had a problem with x-ray so didn't get in for 35 minutes i had a filling that had come out and my denture was not fitting good so they tried to put it right . Check all my teeth and said i had to make a appointment for the filling and then said how about a new denture but at £ 350 :00 i said no because thats was what i paid befor and to be honest i said the denture was about as much ues as a chocolate fire gard so no i will not be getting a new one....
