The guy i saw was 100% in everyway.. A healthcare proffessional cw a good bedside manner...unheard of.. Probably best dentist i have ever seen.

I thort my experience today was very good! The hygienist was excellent, and very professional in her job. She was very polite and friendly, and this made me feel very comfortable.

Dentist was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what is happening with my tooth. Explained X-ray picture. Really polite and professional.

Friendly, efficient service, couldn't have gone better. Although it took over 16 mins from being told I was the 3rd in the telephone queue to actually getting through when I phoned back later that day.

I’ve found since this practice has been taken over that there is a lack of customer care. It seems to be about how much money they can extract from you. The staff are too young and they are definitely lacking customer service skills. Please bring back the old dentist. If I could I would definitely change dentists where it’s more personal.

I telephoned at 9am for emergency appointment, a lovely lady on reception asked me to go down, but couldnt say how long i would be waiting, only wsited 30mins
