Very old and damage chair with potential hurt someone’s back. Dirty room floors. One wonders if there is lack of attention to detail with regards to floor cleaning , what then happens with all other things

Dear patient, We are very sorry to hear that your visit did not meet your expectations on this occasion. As a practice, we are continually seeking ways to improve our services so are very grateful for your feedback. We are currently undergoing practice improvements, in which I hope you would be pleased to hear that 2 of our damaged surgery chairs were reupholstered early September. The care and attention everyone gave me - i called today got an emergency appointment and was home by 12.30 with no pain as always one of the best dentist practices around
