The procedure was explained really well and repeated to make sure I understood. I wasn’t rushed and was put at ease. The procedure was painless and I have had no problems.

Everyone I dealt with from the moment I entered the practice to when I left , were friendly, helpful, and efficient. During the procedure the dentist explained everything as they went along and made me feel at ease. I felt relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. The dentist and dental nurse worked well as a team. I felt that whatever this dentist does is thorough and in your own interest.

How informative the dentist was. She was so lovely and explained everything as she was doing the procedure. Very personable and showed she genuinely cared about my mouth health and about my worries and concerns. The dentists as a whole at Dinnington Dental Practice who I have had treatment with have been the same. It is worth mentioning the dentist Abs, he was fab during my previous appointment too. He even requested for reception to call me in the evening to make sure I was OK from the treatment I had earlier that day. So thank you for making me feel comfortable in a situation which is known to be unpleasant.

Appointment was supposed to be at 10:30 was left in the waiting room for 20 minutes after my time slot. I got there 10 minutes early to check in so was waiting 30 minutes before i even got to see the dentist
