    Immediate response to my appointment request and an immediate call from a doctor at the surgery who listened and is treating my symptoms

    On time, spotless and highly professional. Both the dental surgeon and her assistant were friendly, highly efficient and empathetic. Makes a massive difference to what can be a nervous occasion.

    Pain free good treatment . The treatment was incredibly expensive, I was not expecting to pay so much for fillings, I always believed I was an nhs patient it have I been moved to being private without my knowledge?

    Hi Sarah Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know that you had a good experience here at Newport Pagnell Dental. We can confirm that you were previously an NHS Patient with us back in the days when we had an NHS Contract. However we converted from an NHS to a Private Practice in 2004, so you have actually been a private patient with us since April 2004 and have been paying for your check-ups and treatment since this date. We are sorry if you found our treatment fees expensive on this occasion. This information would have been conveyed to you by the Dentist and a documented treatment plan and estimate given to you before you booked appointments for the treatment. We follow this process to ensure patients are fully informed before they consent to go ahead with any treatment. If you feel this process was not adhered to, please do get back in touch to let us now so that we can discuss this with your Dentist. We do also want to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep our fees as low as we possibly can, without compromising the quality of our treatments and the materials we use. This is very challenging given inflation and the price increases we are all feeling all around us but something we will do our best to stave off for as long as we possibly can to help our patients.
