I was seen by two dental nurses who I found it really tricky to communicate with. They were constantly shouting and talking over eachother which made it really hard for me to get a word in. They didn’t seem to understand what my symptoms were when I tried to explain them (misaligned tooth). They performed an X-ray but struggled for about 15 minutes to get the device into my mouth. Once they took the X-ray, they realised they had not actually gotten a picture of the right tooth but refused to do another one. It was quite upsetting that I had spent money on it.
